In New York this September, the United Nations Secretary-General is hosting a first-of-its-kind Climate Ambition Summit to demand that nations stop the fossil fuel expansion that is driving the climate emergency. Thousands will march to demand President Biden take bold action to End Fossil Fuels.

We want as many elected officials – from mayors and city council people or commissioners to state legislators – to join us in pushing President Biden. We need every Unitarian Universalist to go to the elected officials that represent you and ask them to sign this pledge by August 30. We need officials that will be champions in our movement, and we know that YOU, their constituent, are best positioned to find them.
